David Thayer

Serving as 2026 President

David has been living in this community since 2012 and served as HOA Secretary for 2022 and 2023 and as President 2024 – 2026.

David has 12 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer for a worldwide organization with 4000 staff. In that role, he led the organizational technology initiatives, managed the HR needs of a team of 30 staff and oversaw the multimillion-dollar technology budget. David is also experienced at leading organizational change and values the importance of leading healthy, flourishing changes as the needs of the organization change from season to season.

Dave Roeser

Serving as 2026 Vice President

Dave has been living in this community since 2022 and served as HOA Vice President during 2023 – 2026.

Dave has been the principal owner of an IT software business for the last 8 years. Before that time, in his last role, he was the Manager of Product Development where he directed multiple software development teams and worked with executive management to keep the product lines leading edge. Dave also has a passion for teaching technology and served as an instructor at a community college for 6 years.

Serving as 2026 Treasurer

One of the long-time residents in the community, Dave has been living in this community since 2007 and served as HOA President during 2021 and 2022 and HOA Treasurer in 2023.

Dave started his Air Force career as a cadet at the Air Force Academy in 1980 and finished it as an instructor with the Air Force Academy in 2006. Since retiring from the Air Force, he has worked with a defense contractor serving as a Senior Engineer with The Aerospace Corporation.

A member-at-large is an HOA board member who does not have a specific title. They often handle special projects, serve on committees, attend BOD meetings, communicate with homeowners, train for other BOD roles and/or other duties as assigned by the BOD.
